Paul Dickson has over 30 years of international business experience in marketing, sales, operations, law, and finance, with nearly $1B in personally negotiated transactions. He founded and sold a manufacturing software company to ASML in 2006, and has since advised dozens of companies on growth, capital, and exit strategy. Paul is the author of Dual Track Leadership and holds a J.D. from the University of Oregon, Series 7 and 63 licenses, and is a member of the California State Bar.

Kyle Hanson
Executive Director
Kyle Hanson brings over 20 years of experience across commercial lending, and capital markets, spanning community banks to complex middle-market transactions at major institutions. He has structured $1B+ syndicated credit facilities, advised on private equity recapitalizations, and worked alongside financial sponsors on M&A transactions across multiple industries. He holds FINRA Series 79, 63, and SIE licenses, a BBA in Finance from the University of Alaska, and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School from University of Washington Seattle.

Julie Rawitscher is a CPA with a graduate degree in accounting and a cum laude undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon, Her foundation at Deloitte built deep technical expertise across tax, bookkeeping, and accounting disciplines — and brings particular strength in translating complex tax and accounting concepts into clear, actionable guidance for clients.
